The Visual Facilitation Lab™ (VFL) is a 2-day immersive programme where participants gain the confidence to draw in front of people, apply visual thinking in real meetings and presentations, integrate AI tools into their daily workflow and communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.
You and Your team builds the skill. From zero to confident visual thinker in 2 days.
VFL now integrates AI. Participants use AI-assisted visual thinking tools alongside traditional hand-drawn techniques and learn digital recording on tablet or laptop. The result: a team equipped for Visual Intelligence in an AI world.

VI Champion: VI Culture Programme
Level 3 - LIVE IT
Selected individuals who completed Level 2 are identified and developed as Visual Intelligence Champions (VI Champions). They are your internal visual thinking talent. VI Champions carry VI forward through coaching, mentoring, and an extension curriculum beyond VFL. They develop the skills to use AI tools for faster, higher-quality visuals, and to train others within their teams.
VI Champions receive coaching and mentoring from Sunshine and Tim, learn to use AI tools for faster and higher-quality visuals, and train others downward within their teams. AoA develops an extension curriculum beyond VFL specifically for this level.
This is where VI stops being a programme and starts becoming culture.

Sport Singapore and GovTech have emerging VI Champions from their VFL cohorts who now run visual meetings, coach peers, and spread VI naturally within their organisations.
Level 4 - LEAD IT
VI Leader - VI Certification
(Coming 2027)
VI Leaders are qualified to design and deliver internal Visual Intelligence training programmes within their organisations. Comparable to IAL's ACTA qualification for L&D professionals, VI Certification creates lasting internal capacity with AoA's quality standards maintained throughout.
